How?

In the initial stages i went to a local fabric store and sourced some fur, i then cut up an existing teddy bear and from that drew a template.

Having never sewn before I watched some tutorials on Youtube and then set about making my very first teddy bear. I was very happy with my first attempt and from there the ideas came quick and fast.

I found a company named “Custom Toys” who were instrumental in helping me bring my ideas to life and have supported me every step of the way from design, through to the production.

A family friend Dave Shenton was then asked to come on board to help me with branding, the company website and advertising campaign.

My husband John and my other 2 sons (Jack & Harry aged 10 and 5 years old) have been enthusiastic and nothing but supportive of my mission.

Our Teddy Bears are manufactured and stuffed with 100% recycled polyester from plastic waste, they are luxury teddy bears which have the added advantage of being eco-friendly.
